This conference has been a LONG freaking time coming and in today’s podcast episode we’re spilling ALL the details about this conference. When it is, where it is, why we are hosting an in-person business conference in the first place, our guest speaker lineup, who the conference is for, and SOOOOOOO much more.

To help entrepreneurs kick down the roadblock. There’s something powerful that happens when people are in the same space. We’ve seen the power of in-person events through our workshops. Something different happens when a group of entrepreneurs gets together in one room and we want to spark and ignite the passion and community to help you succeed. We want to hand you the tools needed to THRIVE and provide a space where you have access to meet and hear kickass speakers.
Now a lot of you may know our in-person events as our intimate photography workshops. We LOVED those workshops. But we knew it was time to pivot and grow into something else. We still want to do intimate workshop-style events in the future (stay tuned for our plan there over the next 12-24 months!) but we were so limited by our workshops hitting 25 people – our waitlist was over 10,000 people. We could’ve done those (and no other education) for YEARS and still not reached everyone on that list.
We wanted to create a space for MORE people to come and learn from MORE powerful business leaders at a CHEAPER price. (We had to charge over $3500 for our workshops, this is over half the price with even more speakers!)
We want to foster community, to help you find the Lindsey to your Evie. Community is EVERYTHING and can completely change the trajectory (and speed and enjoyment) of your life and business.

First of all, we have an amazing Facebook group where you can connect ahead of time. You can find roommates, travel buddies, or people to connect with beforehand. We know it can feel overwhelming to think of coming by yourself, taking that step, and being bold. But also don’t ever let fear keep you from stepping out where you want to go. There is a limit of one ticket per transaction purely because we need each ticket to be associated with a specific name and email address for attendee email communication before the conference as well as admission into the conference. If you want to purchase a ticket for a friend you will need to purchase it separately from your own, putting in their name and email address when you do so.
No, with the exception of VIP attendees getting a boutique plated luxury dinner the night of Monday, April 25th, and a coffee & bagel breakfast every morning of the conference.
This conference is in NO way photography-specific. You’re not going to hear about editing or styled shoots or posing. The Heart Conference is for any product or service-based creative entrepreneur of ALL stages looking to grow in their business AND community.

In the past, we’ve always done in-person events on the west coast. Mainly cause they were photo-focused and we were teaching mostly adventurous destination photographers and doing styled shoots, so we catered those to more of a west coast vibe. However, when it came to a business conference we KNEW we wanted to go east. We know Nashville is super fun, a hip town that could cater to both east coast and midwest attendees. But it also is a big enough city that is easy to fly into from honestly anywhere.
We are going to be at Ozari and the Collective 615 (coworking space) which is attached to it.
Attached to Ozari is the L&L market next door with all the fun shops and food. Milkshake shop, gourmet popcorn stand, bakery, and taco shop. That’s where a lot of us will be heading for lunch.
