What Covid-19 precautions will there be?

Our plan is to abide by the guidelines of the venue and the city of Nashville. At this time, masks are optional in Nashville, but we will evaluate COVID protocol closer to the event. We've postponed the conference twice due to the pandemic because we didn't feel that we could safely host an in-person event until now. You are welcome to wear a mask if that personally makes you feel more comfortable attending.

Is lodging/transportation/food included in the pricing?

No. A ticket to The Heart Conference only covers admission to the conference itself. The only exception to this is the VIP tickets that cover dinner the night of the 25th, and coffee and pastries each morning of the conference.

Is there a way I can find other attendees to room with?!

Hey there! We’re Lindsey & Evie, the founders of The Heart University. We’re two 6-figure destination luxury wedding photographers, 7-figure serial entrepreneurs, business educators, and podcasters. Our hearts beat to see people stepping into their God-given callings, living their lives to the fullest, and leaving a legacy they only dreamed of.

We created the Heart Workshop to encourage, inspire, and empower YOU. Our passion is to see you absolutely THRIVING in your photography business, feeling inspired, knowing your worth, embracing your “special sauce” that makes you absolutely one of a kind, and finding deep and rich fulfillment in living your life exactly the way you were meant to.

We both started our photography journeys in roughly 2015. Lindsey was in Kansas, Evie in Ohio. Within a period of about 2 years, our businesses EXPLODED from a tiny little side hobby with starter cameras to two 6-figure global destination photography businesses. We’ve shot everywhere in the world from Italy, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland, France, Mexico, Panama, Hawaii, allllll over the US, (like ALL over) served hundreds of raving clients, and trained over 4,500 entrepreneurs and photographers in how to build and scale their own successful businesses as well.

"In 2019 I said yes to myself and my business when I invested in a ticket to The Heart Workshop. Little did I know I would be saying yes to a handful of other aspects of my life when I walked through the doors to meet the other attendees and Lindsey and Evie. What’s the refund or cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event that something comes up and you can no longer attend, you are responsible for selling your ticket to another female photographer. If you are unable to attend and cannot find someone to buy your ticket, you are still responsible for the entire ticket amount. Please make sure you are 100% able to attend and aware of this policy before purchasing a ticket.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Yes! Before the workshop, we will send out a form to each attendee to get all info on dietary restrictions or allergies. We will make sure to accommodate your allergy or dietary restriction when planning workshop meals as much as is in our control.

Can men purchase a ticket?

No. Unfortunately due to the intimate “sleepover style” nature of our workshops, they are specifically designed for women.

Are flights & transportation included?

Flight & transportation to and from the workshop is NOT included. Your ticket covers your lodging & meals for the duration of the workshop, but you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the venue. However!! We do our best to help you lower these expenses. A few ways we do that:

  • In the private Workshop FB group you can connect with fellow attendees to split expenses for things like rental cars, carpooling with someone driving from closer by, etc!
  • Inside your Welcome Packet is a custom made guide of all of our travel tips and hacks to help you save as much $$ as possible on your travel.

Do you offer solo room/bed tickets?

Each workshop and venue is different per workshop. For our New York workshop at Lundy Farm, we have BOTH shared and solo bed tickets options available.

How many tickets are available?

Due to the venue's capacity as well as to maintain the intimacy of our workshops, only 28 girls will get to join us for the New York Heart Workshop. If you want to come, don't wait to purchase your ticket. We typically sell out very quickly.

when will the next heart workshop be?

Moving forward we only have plans to host one Heart Workshop a year. Since we are both in family planning seasons, this New York Workshop is the ONLY Heart Workshop most likely happening in 2025. For all we know the next one may be Fall of 2026. So if you're serious about taking your business to the next level, don't wait what could be up to TWO full years from now before attending this workshop. We want YOU in the room!

Let’s put this into perspective. $4500 is the price of roughly ONE (mayybee 2) wedding bookings. Let’s say you come to this workshop, utilize the 4 portfolio galleries you walk away with, implement even a few of the business strategies you learn, and book 2 weddings as a result. You’ve instantly made back your investment. But we promise… if you implement what you learn, your business will EXPLODE. NO! There is NOTHING worse than a styled shoot like this. To avoid that, we’ve spent quite a bit of time crafting a completely unique styled shoot system that allows you to shoot in smaller groups. PLUS have one-on-one time with the models to pose and direct them yourself and get the BEST shots and angles. We’ve had such amazing feedback on this system from our past workshop attendees. We TOTALLY get the nerves around traveling alone! That’s why we’ve created a few different resources to help make this as stress-free as possible for you.
