Client Consult Calls
We need to know how people use our client journey. How people use the Internet and book things. Too many people think the client’s phone call, zoom call, or meeting is more important than it really is. But you won’t get those calls if you don’t prioritize your website, pricing guide, contact form, initial email, etc. Your website didn’t show you who you were to your potential client and so there was no desire or connection. You can’t automate connection.
Everyone that walked through Jai’s door he knew they were going to book him. The thing they were looking for is are you a creep, are you socially awkward? Your body language says a lot. That’s number one. All they want to see is the real you, so put a video recording on your website. The thing you are trying to do here is connect. Our job is to get people to imagine us on their wedding day. Once they can imagine that, then you have done your job and they will book you.
What we do wrong is we don’t meet our clients where they are at. If you meet their basic desires they will book you. Jai doesn’t let them pick which package they want, he tells them what they need based on what they have told him.
Never ask for a budget. That will kill your sales. No one actually has a real budget. You’re not changing your budget anyway, and their budget has nothing to do with your services or value.

The landscape changes so much with sales, so when Jai is teaching he brings whatever is fresh and working with sales at the moment. No matter what we are doing we are always making sales. A sale is what Jai was making right now– his value. We are selling the version we want out in the world.
Who sells the best? The person who sells the best is the people that are the best version of themselves. The ones that show up with so much passion. That is sales not done sleazy, that is you showing up as the best version of yourself.
