Kori’s Story

Testing hormones and minerals
Kori started out testing hormones and seeing where she was at. When she was working with a practitioner she got her muscle testing and it served her then. Testing is cool to reflect back on, that was the thing that propelled you with that information.
HGMA is where you go and test your hair, it gives you that mineral status. Underneath your hormone balance is your mineral balance. That is a book called Strands of Health that will help you analyze and understand your own HGMA.
Where Kori is at now, her field has gotten smaller and smaller with the people she would go and get her HGMA tested. Since she believes everything is so deeply that everything is so deeply connected.
Kori recommends starting with trying to bring yourself into balance by yourself for 6 months. First coming into a place where you trust yourself again, build the cor foundational roots.
If you have a lack of hunger, if your sex drive/libido is down, if you’re using the bathroom all the time, putting on weight, or losing weight. These are all signs that you might want to dig in more and check into your hormones.
What are the foundational first steps?
Starting with simply nourishing yourself. Going back to the basis of you feeling good and rebuilding that foundation before you dive even deeper.
You can start with the raw carrot salad (which helps lower progesterone) and adrenal mocktails (which helps rebuild core minerals).
