Today we talked with Harry about the concept of heliotropic leadership, aka how to be a servant-hearted leader that puts others first, and seeks to be kind, humble, and gracious. Harry gives practical tips and wisdom on how to be a better leader, parent, boss, and frankly human. We chatted with him about how he practically strives to be better every day and positively impact those around him, from his children to his employees, to his peers.
We asked questions you really wanna know like how you continue to pursue being the best version of yourself when you’re angry, mad, sad, or tired. We also asked him what advice he has on how to practically correct either employees’ or even children’s behavior you see needs improvement.

Every single moment do I make someone else feel great? A heliotropic leader is a servant-hearted person. It’s taking the high road, doing the right next thing, and don’t hang out with people who salt your roots. Neurons that fire together, wire together.
How to foster great relationships within peers or employees
Set limits, be loving and demanding in equal measures. Expect the best in yourself and others. You want to create a culture that models and attracts the qualities we are talking abou. The culture is so powerful that you are not in the culture but you are the culture. Tat means that every behavior that you demonstrate is how you everyone does things around you. You have to create the culture that people want to be in or around.
