We will talk about things that people think they already know how to use this tool, you’ll probably learn something new! Let’s talk about how to save your hours of time in your business!

3 Things we LOVE in Honeybook that People are Underutilizing:
1. Automation (aka workflows)
- A workflow of steps to take or emails to send in a process flow with a client
- Can be triggered manually by
- Assigning it to a client at any point in time
- Signing up on a lead form
- Filling out a contact form
- You can have the steps of your automation:
- Send an email
- Create a task that reminds you of a specific day or when something is triggered
- Send file via email
- Send a smart file (proposal, questionnaire, etc..)
- You can either manually approve emails to send or have them automatically send
2. Templates (actually setting them the heck up)
- Create an email template for EVERY single email you ever send, even if it’s just a good rough draft outline and you know you tweak it every time. The amount of time you’ll save from not having to start it from scratch every time will change your LIFE.
- Create proposal templates for every product or service you provide
- There are templates for packages, email signatures, lead forms, questionnaires, gift cards… everything you ever use or need in your business.
3. Lead Forms
This is new so a lot of people don’t realize what it is or utilize it the best they can.
A lead form is a form you can have people sign up on to work with you in some capacity. It’s a little bit different from the inquiry form. Most people know that Honeybook has inquiry forms that you can embed on your website so people can inquire with you.
But now they also have lead forms that allow people to work with you in a myriad of ways.
Here’s what you can do with lead forms:
- One time consultations
- This is a paid one-time call.
- Introductory call
- This would be kinda like a consult call without payment – very similar to Calendly. Basically with this new tool, Honeybook is a Calendly competitor.
- Instant booking
- Someone can sign up, schedule a call, fill out a questionnaire, and pay all without you having to do anything once you set it up.
- Lindsey uses this for her membership girls. She offers 1-hour coaching calls at a 50% discounted rate just for the girls in her monthly membership and she made the sign-up using Honeybook.
- This only would be used if you are okay with people signing up and paying you without you vetting them.
- Speaking engagement
- You can set up a form to have people pick which talk they want you to speak on and then pay you all in one place.
- Partnership form
- Have someone pick between different partnership options and fill out an information form with no payment.
- Mini – session
- This section is for photographers offering mini-sessions. You can have people sign up, pay, and schedule the time slot they want from your options for a mini-session.
- Digital product
- You can have a form where people sign up/pay to receive a digital product – like an e-book, pdf, course, etc.
- We haven’t tried this one on Honeybook. Typically to sell digital products we use other systems that are more robust for digital product selling specifically – like Thrivecart, Shopify, and Kajabi. However, this would be an incredible option if you already have Honeybook and don’t want to have to buy a new platform or software and you’re just wanting to sell something pretty simple – like an e-book or worksheet.
If you want to try Honeybook and have it change your life like it’s changed ours and save you legit HOURS. We have a discount for you to get 50% off your first year which is an insane deal! Link in show notes!
